Terri Whitehouse - Lead Practitioner/Setting Manager/Child Protection Officer
Role; Terri works closely with the Chairperson and is responsible for implementing the policy's as set by the groups committee, Maintaining the day to day administration of the setting, Overseeing all the other staff and ensuring they maintain the groups high standards, Arranging staff training as necessary, Attending meetings with outside agencies as may be required, overseeing session planning, Behaviour management and First Aid
Qualification; Early Years Professional Status (2010), BA (Hons) Early Years Education (2004), Advanced Child Protection, First Aid.

Shirley Callen - Assistant Lead Practitioner/Deputy
Role; Deputising for Terri in her absence, Key Worker, Planning, Waiting list, Photographer and First Aid.
Qualification; Certificate in Pre-school Practice (2004), Diploma in Pre-school Practice (2007), Letters & sound, Makaton, Challenging Behaviour, Advanced Child Protection.

Lyn Berry - Family Support Worker
Role; To work as a link between the Opportunity Group parents and the group assisting both sides with her extensive knowledge. To oversee the volunteers at the Opportunity Group.
Qualification; NVQ level 3, Advanced Child Protection.

Lucy Smith - Lead SENCo
Role; Is responsible for the day to day operation of the setting’s Special Educational Needs or Inclusion Policy to ensure that children with Special Educational Needs are fully included into the early years setting.
Qualification; Diploma in Pre-school Practice (2011) NVQ level 3, First Aid and Enhanced Makaton.

Running for Wildern Opportunity Group
For this Academic year Southampton Ford Motor Company Body Construction department has adopted Wildern Opportunity Group as their departmental charity.
As part of their fundraising efforts Short Wheel Base employee Steve Smeeth will be running the Gosport Half Marathon on 20th November 2011 to support our Group.
