We Currently have positions available for Volunteer play workers on a Wednesday and Friday Mornings to work in our opportunity group.
Adults that are able to give up one or two mornings a week during term time are urgently needed to play with children who have a wide range of extra needs on a one to one basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who either has a bit of time on their hands or wants to get into working in the childcare field, this position is both fun and sociable but also very rewarding as you see the children grow benefit from the work you put in.
In return for your time there are many training courses available for you to attend.
No previous childcare experience is required, although applicants would need to complete a Criminal Record check. The group would welcome both male and female play volunteers along with any ethnic background.
